You can also customize any plan to better fit your particular lifestyle and budget. Just tell us the changes you want to make and our design staff will re-draw the plans to your specifications and re-estimate the costs for you.

We’ll meet you on your block of land to discuss the possibilities and hear your thoughts and ideas for your home. Working alongside you and the builder, our in-house designer will ensure your home is designed to take into consideration all your needs, budget, as well as the aspect of the block of land and any views. Custom home plans ensure that your home will be just right for your family; designed to perfectly suit your lifestyle.

Anything else you’d like to add – fireplaces, feature walls, in fact whatever you can think of – our interior designer will work with you to ensure your house is amazing and is exactly how you imagined it to be.

DESIGN YOUR HOME.

 

 

 

Our house building process begins with a meeting with our Builder/Project Manager to discuss your build. Meeting with the builder means that you aren’t talking to a salesman who doesn’t understand the complexities of the house building process, along with all the laws and regulations that are involved with construction.

 

 

 

From here, we either work with an existing House Plan, or we work to design a custom home for you.

 

 

 

Once we have finalised your floor plan and you are completely satisfied with it, we price this design for you with all our quality standard inclusions. For the things we don’t know (like what kind of soil is on your block of land, and the engineering required for your build) we make allowances in the house build price.

 

You will meet with our talented interior designer to choose all the fittings, fixtures, colours, along with any other finishing touches that will make your home perfect for you.

From here, now that we have all the information we need, we determine the final price for your home, which includes all your selections.

During the construction of your home you have the opportunity to meet with the builder regularly to walk through and discuss your home build, seeing your home brought to life! You will meet with some of the tradesmen to discuss work – for example the electrician and the tiler, to ensure that everybody is on the same page with your build.
